At Still Sunday House, we carefully curate every product and selection featured within our world. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, returns and exchanges may be requested under the following conditions.

Return Timeframe
Returns or exchanges for products sold directly by Still Sunday House may be requested within 14 days from the delivery date.
For limited editions, made-to-order pieces, pre-orders, archive items, or special collections, different return conditions may apply. Please carefully review the product description before completing your purchase.

Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return or exchange, products must:
— be unused, unworn, and in their original condition
— include all original packaging, labels, dust bags, and protective materials
— show no signs of wear, damage, or alteration
Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Return Shipping & Process
To request a return or exchange, please contact us at info@stillsundayhouse.com with your order number and reason for the request.
If the return is due to:
— a defective item
— a damaged product
— an incorrect shipment
Still Sunday House will cover the return shipping costs whenever applicable.
For returns requested due to change of mind, sizing issues, or personal preference, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Still Sunday House cannot be held responsible for lost or delayed return shipments.

Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
In some cases, store credit or exchanges may be offered instead of a refund.

Exchanges
If the requested replacement item or size is unavailable, customers may:
— select another available product
— receive store credit
— request a refund where applicable
If the replacement product has a higher value, the customer will be required to pay the difference. If the value is lower, the remaining balance may be issued as store credit.

For products featured within Curated Finds or linked to external partner websites, all purchases, shipping, returns, refunds, exchanges, and customer service are managed directly by the respective third-party brand or retailer.
Still Sunday House is not responsible for purchases completed outside this website.
